Design Process

Step By Step

Your initial meeting

You have compiled a set of notes with your goals in mind. Your designer Scott will go over these with you and will prepare a preliminary drawing that will accurately utilize your design concepts.

First preliminary

On your second meeting, you can expect your designer to produce a first draft for you to take and note any changes desired to the plans themselves. The first preliminary drawing will include a rough floor layout only.

Second preliminary

Your designer will implement your ideas into a second draft, changes will still be made before your final draft goes out. This is your chance to view a more accurate design of your future home and make any desired changes.

Third preliminary

Your home design is nearly completed. All necessary design aspects should be in place. This is your final opportunity to make any necessary changes to your design.
